Our mission: minimize fossil and plastic-based roofing as much as possible by fully embracing non-toxic, hazard-free silicones. All installation crews work under VCA-VOL certification and follow strict GE Silicones installation specifications.
GE Enduris 3500 is the only coating system that can be applied directly over bitumen, EPDM, PVC, TPO, concrete, and steel profile sheets. The existing roof covering does not have to be removed. After a Pre-Approval Warranty inspection with adhesion testing, we determine whether the roof is suitable and a GE Warranty File is compiled.
GE Enduris 3500 has a proven lifespan of more than 40 years. The first roof was coated in 1967 and is still intact. GE Momentive offers factory warranties of 15, 20, or 25 years — where the industry standard (VEBIDAK) maxes out at 10 years.
GE Enduris 3500 reflects 88% of sunlight (SRI: 111). Where a black roof gets 35–45°C hotter than the outside temperature on a sunny day, a Cool Roof only rises by 5–10°C. The result: an indoor temperature that is 3 to 6 degrees lower, which has a positive impact on air conditioning

GE Enduris is based on silica (SiO₂, quartz sand) — not fossil feedstocks. It contains no solvents, no BPA, no toxic substances, and no soot or sulfur fillers. At end of life, it breaks down into sand and lime. Thanks to the layer-on-layer system, full replacement is never needed: the roofing is circular and infinitely renewable.
